Broccoli Soup

The pleasure of a bowl of hot soup on a cold evening closer than heaven I must say. This home made Broccoli soup was a plus on the healthy note as well. Its fairly simple and easy to prepare. Ingredients: 1. 100 grams Broccoli 2. 2 Tsp Olive oil 3. A small bunch of Coriander leaves 4. Jeera powder - 1/4 Tsp 5. Vinegar - 1 Tsp 6. Corn Starch - 1 Tbsp 7. Chilli powder - 1 Tsp 8. Chopped onions - 1/4 cup 9. Garlic cloves - 4 to 5[optional] 10. Salt to taste. Steam Broccoli in plain water with a pinch of salt. Meantime in a pan heat the olive oil and add Jeera powder, chilli powder, chopped onions , garlic. Saute till the onion turns translucent. Now add boiled broccoli , coriander and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix corn starch a cup of  water and add it to the pan. Add vinegar and salt to taste. Cook for next 5 minutes by adding a cup of water in  intervals of a minute each.  Cool the broth for a while and grind it . Boil this soup for another 5 minutes a...
