These soft and spicy rolls are a quick fix for tummies that are really hungry but need nothing heavy. All you need: 1) 2 - Wheat Roti 2) Tofu cubes - 50 grams 3) Jeera powder - 1 tsp 4) Turmeric powder - a pinch 5) Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp 6) Salt to taste 7) Olive oil - 11/2 tsp 8) Diced Tomatoes - 3 tbsp 9) Diced capsicum - 3 tbsp 10) Onion - medium 1 - chopped 11) Coriander leaves - 1 tsp chopped 12) Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp 13) Soya sauce - 1 tsp 14) Vinegar - 1 tsp 15) Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Method: In a pan heat a spoon of olive oil, add jeera powder, chilli powder, turmeric and fry for 2 min. Next add the chopped onions, diced tomatoes and capsicums. saute till they soften a little but maintain the crunchiness of the veggies.
